My company are looking for a new bug tracking system and I am looking at Bugzilla and want to install on a Windows Environment.
Does anyone know what the disadvantages of this is? I heard that some features do not work. Can anyone tell me which ones?

Not sure now I think of it. So there are no disadvantages of using Bugzilla with Windows? Have you used it with Windows?

Inbound email is kinda hacky to get working on Windows. Most everything else should work as far as I know. I will say it's much easier to install on Linux (because most Linux distributions already include most of the prerequisites, and you have to install a bunch of things by hand on Windows), but once you have it installed it should work the same.
Oh, you can't locally queue outgoing email on Windows, that's the other thing. You have to point Bugzilla at an external SMTP server. But there's not much difference in that than any other app that sends email. Just point Bugzilla at your local outgoing mail server and you're off and running.
