Tips for using Bug Tracker to track your bugs
1. Train your QA, a good QA can find more bugs than an average one, and he can write down the steps clearly to reproduct this bug, which is very important for developer to fix it.
2. Tell QA that only the one who open a bug can close it, because only they know if the bug is really resolved.
3. When a developer resolved a bug, he should record how the bug is resolved.
4. When an error happens and it’s not in your test case documentation, the test case doc should be modified accordingly so that this case can be tested again in the next development cycle.
